Need help to bypass Factory Reset Protection on Samsung A5 Phone

I have a very frustrating problem but I am sure there are some techies out there that can help me. In Jan, I bought this a5 phone and when I set it up, I did not bother to remember the email and password I used since this was just a temporary phone. When I do a reset, I am stuck at the part that says "an unauthorized attempt to factory reset". This has been going on since Jan and even today, I cannot do anything. Does any know a workaround for this?

Alternatively, a Samsung service centre may be able to help if you are able to show proof of purchase.
