Need help with lcd

I have water damaged G3, everything is working exept lcd. I cleaned motherboard with alcohol and changed lcd with diggitizer. But still lcd is not working but touch screen works fine. So what is wrong with this phone

VERY hard to diagnose a phone's non-working screen with just a written description. It could be from a damaged display chip, a loose connector, bad soldering from the replacement screen, a bad replacement screen (not uncommon if you order from knockoff sites/auctions). You really should take this to a repair center.

How can you test the touchscreen if the LCD is not working? What is it doing? Could you elaborate a little bit?

phone turn's on and the knock lock is working. I can go to apps or other stuff.

If you have an HDMI cable for your TV you could try that and see if the screen mirrors on the big screen. If it doesn't, the display driver is probably busted and needs to be replaced. Scary part is this is a very tiny, motherboard-soldered chip that might prove difficult to repair without damaging something else around it.

i did some screenshots, so drivers still cant work ?

yup, even with screenshots it can still be the display driver. The software that 'draws' the screen and allows you to take the screenshot might be intact, but the hardware to translate that image into an actual image for the LCD or the TV might be busted. Or it could only be the LCD, which is why I'd try the HDMI cable first.
