Need help!

Issue: Used factory restore, can't complete setup. "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped working".
History: Rooted the phone, forgot to backup the system before further use. Used Titanium backup to remove some bloatware, ended up crashing my Music application. Tried to fix it by restoring all the applications I had removed with their backup files to no avail. I then made the decision to factory restore to fix all these issues in one fell swoop. Who'da thunk that it still wouldn't be able to start itself? Help?

Try to factory reset, wipe cache/dalvik etc.

Reflash rom, then wipe cache/dalvik again just for fun and reboot.

You should be ok.

I've factory reset it multiple times, how do I flash ROM?
