Need modified rom h901 for vs990

Can i change rom vs990 to h901?
i live in Poland and my gsm operator is Orange not Verizon
Phone is branding Verizon and the range of the phone is limited
Works only on
Network mode LTE/GSM/UMTS-----(Global and LTE/CDMAnot working lose its range completely)
Network sub-network UMTS/HSPA/HSPA+only-------(LTE/Legacy3GPP multi and GSM/GPRS/EDGEonly makes it lose its range completely :/ )

After the purchase the phone had branding Tmobile and all everything worked well but rushed hardbrick and i must change software.
When the phone is turned on, it pops up <Unfortunately, LG VPN was stopped> and <This SIM card is not part of the Verizon Wireless network>
Anyone help me? :/

I'm not sure if that will work or not. I don't think it will but I would do a search at XDA Developers site. They would definitely be able to help you with that problem.
