Need some advice!

I just rooted my gs3 and want to put cm 10.1 on it. now i havent activated the phone yet and i wonder if i put a rom on it , will it not let me activate it correctly?

i know it sounds dumb but i won this phone and cant get another to easy.

It shouldn't matter. With a GSM phone you are activating the SIM, not the phone. That's why you can freely move your SIM from phone to phone whenever you want and use that phone.

I used my phone stock before installing a custom ROM on it, but it shouldn't matter.

thats why i thought but i always want to make sure. i love cm10.1 by the way! only complaint is facebook wont open and i dont mind so much because its a nightly
