Downloaded security update today. Phone went through normal shut down then will not restart. Power button does nothing. Power+vol down does nothing. If I plug it in I get a blinking light near the finger print sensor. It had over 90% on the battery before I downloaded update.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
Update: tried several times with pwr+volume down and it finally started. It then completed the update and working fine. Just never had behavior like that before.
Just fyi: the time between it shutting down and being able to restart it with pwr+vol down was about an hour. In case this happens to anyone else give it some time and don't give up. I have no idea why it acted that way.
