I need some ideas for saying hello and gently reminding them we want some reviews! Hope you guys can help with some ideas! Thanks!

When and app bugs me for reviews I usually tap never or uninstall it. If it's that good then I'll leave a review.
Ever look at play store reviews?
The crap that scores high is frequently a very bad app.
Alot of times I'll download an app based on user's reviews/opinions that I find in the fourms. I find this a much better way

Just do it at the Nth (20th) run and show the reminder only once. If a user launches your app 20th time, that most likely mean (s)he likes it and you have a chance to get a good review. If you show it more than once, then it may turn the user against you, so it's better risk to have a user skip it than to bug them too often.

Provide the option to email bug report to you below review asking dialog. Some users will choose it instead of setting a bad rating.

It is best to ask users for review when thel (most likely) enjoy the game / app. So for example after they unlocked an achievement, won a battle, completed a tastk, etc.

I agree with you this is the best way to find a god app however
the standard user does not do the same, and hight rite on the store is often the best way to gain user.
