If you are trying to get files back that were on the phone before the reset it won't happen unless they were backed up.

Welcome to Android Central! A factory reset wipes the phone, so there's nothing to recover on the phone. What kinds of files were you hoping to recover?

If you had Google Photos auto-backup turned on, the photos would be safe in the cloud -- go to photos.google.com on your computer and see if they're there.
