I've started to experience loss of signal mid calls and not being heard on the other end over the past 24 hours. I'm not sure if its due to the storms that swept through late Monday or some other serious issue.

I was wondering if anyone can chime in on what's happening to the service in the Morgantown, WV, Cleveland, OH areas. Several unofficial "service outage sites" show people commenting and blotches of red in nearby areas.

Hey @Law2138!

I'm sorry to hear that! Can you provide me a zip code for the area you're in so I can narrow it down to the Towers in your specific area?

I'll look into it as soon as I hear back from you. Thank you for letting me know about the issues!

Thanks for checking in Kevin. Zip codes are 26508 and 26554

Hello again @Law2138!

I apologize about the delay! It looks like the tower near Knob St. and Mason Ave. (Zip code 26508) is experiencing service degradation. Our network engineers have this on-track to be resolved tomorrow, 5/9/17.

The other area you mentioned looks like there are some spots with potentially less than optimal coverage; no errors with any of the towers though.

Without knowing your specific address, it would be 100% certain what's causing the issue.

If this helps, awesome! If you need me to look into it further, let me know and I'll send you a Private Message with some more details on how to securely send me your information.

I appreciate your patience and for bringing this forward. Thank you!
