Network Unlock

Hope you are doing great.

I have samsung galaxy s3 4g LTE with Verizon Network and now i am using it in Dubai, Everything works perfect but i am unable to unlock verizon network.
so kindly help me with this.

I have android 4.0.4 (Running) even can't able to update.
Here is my imei number: 99000206061782/01
