Yeah, I'd say they are OOS now. It was 24 hours and in stock a few hours ago. Should have pulled the trigger!! Live and learn...

And I just got an email saying my second Nexus has shipped. Order placed near 6 pm PT on the 19th.
So I got my phone and go figure when I try and activate it the 4g isn't working so now I have to wait for it to activate some other way.
I called Verizon and all they told me was to take out the sim card and re insert it somehow that would activate it again...But that isn't working, so now I have no clue how to activate the phone, what's the point of having a phone if I can't get on the network???
I have been using the Wifi so far and this phone is amazing!!!
It's funny you say that because I can't activate mine either. When I made the call to customer service I was told my order was in switch and that the problem would sort itself out shortly. She also said there was nothing she could do beyond that. She said the problem would sort itself out shortly and I would be able to activate but 5 hours later and nothing. Getting really irritated at this point.
