New ATT radio flashing to 4.3

There is a New ATT radio file out that takes advantage of the 2 new LTE bands. Can we flash on the 4.3 GE ROM? If so how?

I would assume it's included in the 4.3 rom. I doubt they'd have excluded that patch.

Can anyone shed some new light on this? I've converted my DE to GPe, and my connection where I work seems to be just a little bit worse which is not good because it was on HSPA before that and it struggles more, now.

I know there are different radio configurations and you can mess around with, but that was with ROMs. Don't know if you can do that on GPe, though.
