New Galaxy A5 firmware help please.

I have just bought a new Samsung Galaxy A5 LTE Dual Sim from gadget monocle model number is SM-A500F (which obviously isn't a European version)
I am in the uk and looking at updating to lollipop firmware but am unsure which firmware version to download owing to it being the F version and Im in the uk.
There are so many different versions for the A500F like Russia, Philippines, Pakistan, Malaysia, Indonesia so on and so on. So if someone could tell me which version of the firmware I need to download so I can still use, understand and not brick my phone I would appreciate it.

Ive always bought UK/European version phones so updating was easy but when I saw the saving on the price I thought I'd give them a try.

Try one for an English-speaking country (unless you can read Russian, Tagalog, etc.)

Rsussian versio works for me.There are every language supported.I had preinstalled CM 12.1 with it and it works fine.
