Certainly nothing wrong with waiting. Just don't let the fear mongers scare you off because they don't understand the precautions or how things work.

Not fear mongering my friend. I know a thing or two about Android. I'm just repeating and reminding people that the things you are doing can and will break your phone if you don't know what you're doing. There are too many people here that have done the one press root and have no clue about commands much less fixing a phone they have broke because "it's successful and so many people have done it." Please don't forget there are A LOT of people out here doing these things that have no clue what they are doing.
