Nexus 10 problem with e-mail sync with MS Exchange 2003...

I have tried many different e-mail clients but only Touchdown can sync all of my folders... The native app syncs everything except my INBOX. Why?!?!? I've been trying for a week to figure this out but nothing works. Is Android 4.1.2 blocking my exchange links?!?

If so I may have to return my Nexus...this is not acceptable.

Please help...anyone?
