Firstly, I very much apologize if the the answer is somewhere else out there.. I just couldn't find it after a couple of hours.

What I've done so far:
I used Wugs Toolkit to 1)Backup w/ and w/o apps and data 2)Restore to factory 3)Unlock 4)Root.
While attempting the last couple of steps in Wugs Toolkit to root the device it asks to install SuperSU and BusyBox. This is where I ran into the error and started scouring the forms.
http://forums.androidcentral.com/ve...s-root-toolkit-v1-6-2-updated-12-29-12-a.html

What is the issue:
To verify my root access by running SuperSU (since d/l SuperSU Pro) and BusyBox (free version). SuperSU reports "There is no SU binary installed, and SuperSU cannot install it. This is a problem!" So yeah.. I figure I need to do some additional steps here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind of similar result but a different approach I followed that still doesnt work:
I was already rooted with 4.2 until I received the 4.3 OTA and lost root access. Here are my steps:
- Reboot to bootloader (manually)
- "fastboot boot recovery.img" (used the same receovery image i used when rooting with 4.2)
- then install latest superSU zip (downloaded the latest "UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.51.zip" and installed from tablet's internal memory)
- then rebooted (ROM overwrites the "temporary" recovery with stock again when booting, so opted to disable this option)

On reboot, checked SuperSU app and it still says need to manually reroot my device. Not sure if i am doing anything incorrect here?

Had the same thing installing an AOSP Rom. Searching the Playstore for Superuser also shows an app from Chainfire that is a script to allow Superuser to 'update' the binary. With both installed running Superuser automaticaly updated just fine and I was good to go with Wug's toolkit for the ROM install. This came up in the toolkit at the rooting step.

ummmmm i Know im stupid but, where do ui put that file like give me a set of instructions
exp: home>settings>wireless>wifi
