Nexus 4 available for order in UK today

Its all , they have stock, because I've got mine being delivered on the Monday 8gb model and a few people on the xda developer forum have been getting theirs, either 8 or 16gb. Sounds like, people who ordered early are getting shafted, people who ordered later get theirs straight away.....doesn't make sense
got this from google at 1:30am, i'll be asking for a refund on delivery then! 19th is over 2 weeks!

I received the same stock email today as the one above, with the same expected delivery date of 05-01-13 (I'm hoping this is UK date format and not US format!)
I've been given an expected date of delivery so I'm happy with that now. Something to look forward to AFTER Christmas for a change!

They said "ship" by the evening of the 19th, i notice the money they blocked off has now became available again on my balance, seems odd.

Someone already explained this. It is something to do with initial order and credit card check. Money are blocked for some time but due to inactivity from Google/shop/seller they become available back again. It is not affecting shipping/order process in any way.
Anyone received anything from Google yet? still waiting for my dispatch email. I know I should receive it before the 19th Dec but I'm quite curious if the guys who ordered it early got their phones or the dispatch email.
OK, my Nexus is on its way to me. Currently in TNT's Livingstone warehouse...
Costed me NASTY email to Google guys requesting someone LIVE to respond. I said I'm fed up of automated emails etc. I do not know if that is coincidence or they just wanted me to shut up but I got shipping confirmation 3-4 hours after I have send my email to them....

I for one was one of those people who placed a second order, didn't receive any dispatch email for few days, cancelled the order.
How is that possible?? when you were told next year for delivery?, and by Livingstone? do you mean Livingston West Lothian (Scotland?)
