I'll appreciate your assistance. My dad's Nexus 4 is in bootloop (OS 4.3.0 JWR66Y).
I tried getting into recovery mode as some people suggested online and formatting /data and wiping the cache - didn't work. Also tried downloading the RootKit by WugFresh and running the Soft-bricked/bootloop - didn't help either.
I would highly appreciate any idea that you may have since the phone is like a brick to me now.
