Nexus 4 Ordered on November 27: Order Status and Tracking

For some reason, the optimist in me is hoping that while I'm home I get my package, despite the tracker not updating.

I just logged into my Visa account and discovered that google charged me for the phone on 12/1 (Saturday). I guess that's good news. But on the other hand, still no update on UPS other than "label has been created".

I have got a mail from google that my phone is shipped Dont know about my bank account.

First, that "disappearing" act that you so vehemently defend has yet to occur; another way of saying it is, it is not a pending charge. The charge has remained on my card since 11/27 and, like all other charges before and after it, I intend to pay them when the cycle ends.

Second, and this is definitely part of the online component of communicating, your tone and tact is offensive at worst and irritating at best. I am cool and, as I stated, I am sticking with the 1-2 week lead time I was provided during the transaction. If you are unsure as to what I am referring please check your use of punctuation (i.e., "...?!?!").

When I bought my Nexus 4 on Nov 27th my credit card showed the charge for the full price and reduced my available credit, but the listing was listed as pending. This listing was there Sunday night but is completely gone today (disappeared/vanished) and I have the full available credit showing on my card. However I know I have the charge coming from Google so I have to budget for the charge to return when they ship my Nexus 4.

I also know that we are in the busiest time of year for shipping so things may, very well, not go smoothly with shipping times. So I intend to add a little extra patience to cover the times. After all things about getting the Nexus 4 for me have been nothing short of a disaster so far. Meaning now that it is finally ordered then it can only get better. Can't get worse than not having it.

Not me. I've never had a problem with UPS (or FedEx) updating their tracking. Now, the USPS on the other hand....

Same here, sigh. Oh well. Some time this week will be fine then. I'm just ready to stop using this POS phone I switched to when I left Verizon (Kyocera Hydro; the only plus point is that it's water proof and has 4.0)

My Google wallet account says that my card is charged but my bank account statement doesnt reflect that. I am confused when they have shipped my order, I am not charged on my card.

Received my tracking number on Friday, and the charge has already been posted by my bank. Package has yet to be scanned by UPS.

Congrats! If you don't mind me asking, what state do you live in? I'm in MD (pretty much the exact opposite of CA), so I'm wondering if you guys are getting yours first because you're closer.

I have the timeline of billed on the 29th, and my UPS says delivery today by the end of the day. However I have little confidence in that due to no activity on the tracking log. I generally have had excellent experiences with UPS and tracking information has always been provided along the way. This experience is a bit special. Guess we'll find out at some point today.

Which state are you in? I'm all the way in Arizona and they seem to be coming from the east coast so I'm wondering if those closer to the east coat are getting theirs significantly quicker.
