if i get my item this week, then i better the a refund on my shipping charges. 2 days my ass

that's a huge assumption, i bet they're not gonna ship our until a few weeks later after they ship everything else... look at the stranded guys from the original order on nov13 :`(

ordered on the 27, on nov 29 i got chargerd and google said it was shipped out.

dec 5 and there is still no update when i click on the UPS tracking number, WTF IS THIS?

also i was charged like 13$ for the UPS 2nd air shipping, which means i should have received my device by now god damn

Exactly the same situation. Exactly. 1-2 week delivery, NOTHING. Six ignorant f**ks at Google have allegedly elevated my concerns to a "Shipping Specialist" and not a single email acknowledging anything. They have until tomorrow noon. Then I dispute the charge with Amex.

Oh you did?!? Hmm very interested in the results. Very tempted to do so, maybe if my phone really doesn't come by Friday I will order one again and try and cancel my first order. (The optimist in me is hoping that the phone is indeed on its way and just tracking is not updated)

The ironic thing is that I have had a T-Mo 2-year contract phone here for about 10 days and LOVE IT!!! However, I am gonna return it as the hoped-for buy-then-break-contract scheme hasn't really worked out as I expected...

Yep. But in that specific case, it didn't matter for me. Because I had found one at Sam's Club on release weekend and sent the one from Google Play back when it arrived. Got a 100% full refund including the shipping charges.

You got a Nexus 4 from Sam's Club?
