Nexus 4 Ordered on November 27: Order Status and Tracking

Nothing yet. The funny part is that I called google yesterday and was told my phone shipped and that I will get a tracking number soon, today I was told that my order still pending and nothing was shipped. "Nice one google"

who used a credit card and who used a bank card? ie: Chase, Bank of America, etc.

Maybe the credit card users had a faster processing time than bank card users...just a stupid guess haha.

Not sure about that one. I used an Amex card to pay for the Nexus 4 and Google still didn't receive my order until the 29th, two days after I actually received the receipt and placed the order.

I would urge everyone who received the 11/30 notification and then spent a week in limbo to demand a refund on their shipping fees. Hitting them in the purse is just about the only sure fire way to have them make the significant changes that need to be made.

I am so pissed at UPS right now. I live in the city, receiving packages is always such a hassle since they can never get in the security doors to leave the package at my door step. Anyway, the standard procedure is that they leave the notice, I see the notice, go pick it up at the UPS center 2 blocks from my apartment. Well the UPS driver decided to put the package back in processing instead of holding onto the package so I could pick it up. This means that I can't pick up my package until tomorrow. This wouldn?t be a big deal if I didn't have such a rough day and wasn't looking forward to finally getting my N4 tonight. I won't be able to pick up the package until tomorrow night since they don't open the stupid pick up window until 10am.

NOPE, something is keeping the actual charge from going through. Even the email they sent me said:

An attempt to charge your DISCOVER for $0.00 on Dec 5 failed.

UM, DUH! I can't imagine WHY it failed seeing as how you sent it for ZERO DOLLARS!

Yet, their stock keeps climbing.

I changed to VISA from Discover Dec. 5 after what Google said is TWO failed attempts that Discover denies (they only received the initial $1 verification). VISA initial *and* full charge approved yesterday. Only Google email was:

You have successfully updated your payment information for Google Order #_. Google Inc. may now charge and fulfill your order.

"MAY?"

WTF does that mean?!!

Nothing today.

Hoping for the "front door surprise" some people received without UPS ship info.

Wow...thats crazy. Sorry you had to go through that. They really aren't great at processing and shipping order...

I havent even been charged yet, so i wont even think about front door surprise. They cant be dumb enough to ship it w/o charging first, can they?

I'm not worried about UPS delivery. They have always delivered to my address. Latest package I've received from them was @ 8:45pm thrown at my door lol.

Damn, I'm stoked. I ordered mine yesterday, was settling in to the 5-6 weeks of pure waiting hell (I'm a big fan of instant gratification), when lo and behold I received a tracking number from UPS. Google was the shipper, so I checked wallet and voila! My phone has been shipped and will be in my hot little hands tomorrow. Hopefully. After expecting a good month of waiting, I can survive an extra day. Barely. I have the feeling it will arrive tomorrow, I'm a UPS My Choice customer and have not really had any issues with times, etc.

wtf? ordered yesterday and received shipping email today? How the hell....?
Their shipping estimate now is 6-7 weeks again.

I believe you can ask them to hold it for you to come pick it up by joining My UPS. It is free and you have a place where you can write something for the delivery guy and / or the delivery station. You could probably make your request there. I have not left a message but the opportunity is there.

I really wish i could use the phone as a phone. but tmobile has really screwed me over and sold me just a refill card and micro SIM, so I did not revieve an activation kit. FML!!!!. All the stores around me are closed now, so i have to wait until tomorrow to be able to use it. WiFi it is ))

It means your order is being processed. Same thing happened with mine yesterday and it shipped today.
