Nexus 6.. confused.

Same situation here. I had a Note 2,3 and 4. Loved the S-pen and the SD card, but quickly realized I wasn't really using the SD card much, if at all. Everything I was using was cloud based. Luckily I have an unlimited data plan and the area I'm in have great coverage. If I do need an external source for whatever reason, an OTG adapter works great. :)

Walkman is too well known. You should have said a Diamond Rio.

Actually, I do know what a Walkman is. I may have even had one at some point, but I don't recall. I'm an audiophile and if the Walkmans could have handled Metal and Cr02 cassettes as well as having Dolby B & C NR I may have indeed allowed one to come into my possession.

I had one back in elementary school that did all that. It started to eat my tapes so I bought for my first CD player. I remember making CrO2 copies for my new sport Walkman until I I got my first portable CD player( it took 4 or 6 AA).

I remembered I took an old battery pack from a R/C and connected it to the DC plug so I didn't have to pay a small fortune on batteries while commuting to college.

God I'm old

Me too...me too. 45 is the new 30...right?

It's really hard to forget how well the Nexus 6 works. I wish there was a workaround for the ir blaster..

Literally just stopped by best buy and played with the s6/edge. Idk man, the screens feels so small and compared to my Note 4 I don't see a difference in UI fluidity. Recent apps seemed a tad bit quicker but other than that. Maybe I'll stick with the Nexus or check out the m9

I'm also tempted by the S6/Edge, but I'm so used to the larger screens of the Note 4 and Nexus 6, it feels like a step back. When I was playing with the display model in Best Buy, I was struck by how small the screen seemed to be. Funny how our perspectives change over time.

Curious, do you prefer the note or the nexus?
