I've been out of the manually updating loop for a while. Can you not just rename it update.zip and use the "Apply Update from SD Card" prompt in the recovery menu anymore? Do you have to sideload via ADB?

There's a bug on the 6P that causes audio streams to stutter when the orientation is changed from landscape to portrait or vice-versa. I've seen that mentioned by a reviewer, so I know it's not just me. Oh but believe me, I know, everyone else has zero issues.

Someone provided the link and I used wugfresh to sideload the update. You can find the links on Droid life, or Android police. Just make sure your updating from the correct build number.

I just received my OTA Update. Nexus 6P 64GB Frost on Verizon. I was just backing up my data to Flash the Image through ADB and the update came through. That was quicker than I imagined! Apps are upgrading. Will edit with a Screen Shot when it is complete.

I'm just crossing fingers that this update resolves the overly aggressive Noise Cancellation issue. I know not all are experiencing it but I am. Don't want to edit the prop file myself as I actively use Android Pay.

The Update just installed on mine. I see no problems so far. Minutes later, I got notification that a dozen apps needed updates including Facebook, Google Maps, FB Messenger, NFL Mobile, Google Camera, Firefox browsser, Uber, ColorNote.

AT&T here. I checked for the OTA at 11AM and no update available. I just checked at 12:05PM and update available! So looks like the update is rolling out now at a rapid pace.

Yep band 12 is built for reliability -- not so much for speed.

Yeah I understand the difference between the two... Band 12 goes farther and penetrates buildings better.... Band 4 doesn't travel far or penetrate well. Overall having Band 12 support is better.. outside of my office building.... Band 12 is just very slow inside my building.. Band 4 is a weaker signal but it's actually usable... Band 12 at work might as well be 3G honestly...... I think it has more to do with congestion though... Large industrial park.. I come to work at 5:30 - 6:00 in the morning and I have no issues... but once 8 - 10 am rolls around until I leave band 12 just grinds to a halt speed wise.....

Be interesting to see if it's any different on the 6p vs the 6.....

What device are you having the noise cancellation issue with? I have a 5X and there are times that people can't hear me at all. Don't know if this is something that will be addressed in the update, but that would be much more helpful than a bunch of emoji's.
