Thought we needed a little Christmas theme in our shots. I was just taking some shots with just the Christmas lights being on for lighting the tree. This ornament looks great I thought.

Took this pic on Black Friday. I went with my dad, brother and nephew on a little trip to Saratoga Battlefield, site of pivotal battles in the Revolutionary War. This was at one of the stops, I had seen a couple of the deer as we were walking to the historical marker, on the way back I convinced the other 3 to sidetrack and we saw a total of 9 in the field. I had to bump the brightness in Snapseed as it was almost 4:30 in the afternoon and getting dark out.

Nice, I'm in West Chester (for those not familiar it's in the suburbs about 40 minutes outside Philly ... Great town!) ... taking shots today and looking forward to posting.. mid December, 55 and sunny, can't beat it.

One thing this phone doesn't seem good at is any kinda macro shots. Tring to take some pics of flies (like for fly fishing) and I can't sem to get it to focus on something small close up. If I put my finger near the fly it focuses, take it away and it loses focus.
Anyone tried any macro of small subjects?

No, that looks like a picture of a button on a floor or something, the camera just focuses on the floor.
What I'm talking about is a pic of something 6" from the camera with the background several feet away, it's hard to get it to focus on the close object.

It's hit and miss, sometimes it works

Could it be the laser focus is not hitting it?

Finally got some decent pictures of my dog. Dark fur plus bad cameras wasn't a good combo.
