Nexus 7 Google Play Problems?

I have a rooted Nexus 7 on Android 4.2, and it wont connect to google play? It keeps saying the connection has timed out. Everything else that requires internet works fine. Ive also cleaned the cache but that doeant seem to help either. Any ideas?

Did you recently do an update? If so, you may need to flash gapps for your version of android: Goo.im Downloads - Downloading gapps-jb-20130301-signed.zip
