Nexus 7 (Problems)

My Nexus 7, wont charge, boot up, or respond to buttons, it wont do anything, I've tried to fix it, I even opened the device up
and tried to fix it, I'm out of answers and fixes, PLEASE HELP!

What was the events leading up to all this happening?

I cracked the screen, got it fixed then installed kitkat and it was very buggy the screen was laggy when i went to charge it it wouldent charge. Then it wouldent do anything anymore
