No chance to customize New Moto X when upgrading through comcast.com/verizon-wireless

Update: After following the advice a Moto Rep told me, I finally got a pin.

I would advise you to call Verizon and have them cancel the order, then go back through your comcast thing and resubmit the order and hopefully you will have luck! A rep from Motorola told me during my daily chat that Verizon fixed the issue with the PIN codes earlier this afternoon so I could either wait for them to get it all sorted out..or cancel and reprocess the order. I called Verizon, had them cancel the order (I tried this on Friday..it did not work but I assume it's fixed now) and reordered it...15 minutes later than BAM. I got my redemption code.

Awesome! Ok, I'll try it. The only problem I foresee is that the Designed By You models disappeared at one point in the last two days. I'll do it tomorrow and let you all know what happens. Thanks!

The Comcast thing doesn't have moto maker. Do you have to call Comcast at the number on the site to do that?
 
i went to a store yesterday and they couldnt process the order, said it was out of stock for now.

FWIW the SKU she gave me was Motxt1096MM32
 
UPDATE: O.M.G. I think I have had this all worked out by a wonderful, awesome guy at Verizon. I called the number buried on one version of the Comcast/Verizon site (details below). He cancelled my current order (which was waiting for some confirmation process), and then ordered a new phone. The 32GB model was out of stock in the primary warehouse, but he checked nationally and found one. So, bottom line is that my 32GB Moto X is ordered, I should get my redemption PIN in a couple of days for the Moto Maker site, my $200 Comcast gift card should arrive in 6ish weeks. I'll update you all once I get the PIN, phone, and gift card.

It seems like the problems at Verizon have been worked out. I ordered the new X (32 GB / Leather Back) from my business account rep today. At noon he emailed me the receipt of the purchase and 1.5 hours later I had the PIN email from Motorola which worked perfectly on Moto's web site.

So i couldnt pass this up. A $200 gift card and a $50 mail in rebate. I called, they found it with the SKU number. Placed the order. I accepted the terms of the new line online which now say "pending manager approval". I got the receipts emailed to me.

Who is supposed to email your PIN?

Edit - got my pin from Motorola overnight. Awesome deal!

Thanks for the the phone number and the SKU# . I tried unsuccessfully to order online and after speaking with 2 reps from Verizon they said the "designed by you" feature was not working online.

I then used the phone number provided by Levy to call Comcast/Verizon and order a 32gb model . The phone rep originally said that the 32gb phones were on backorder, but after I gave the SKU# provided by the poster the rep was able to find a phone in the system . Email with pin # was received about 4 hours after order .
