Welcome to Android Central! Does your plan have Caller ID? Do you know if the people calling you have Caller ID Blocking turned on?

Are these numbers from people who are in your Contacts list? If so, are the numbers that show up exactly how you've entered them in to the Contacts app? A very minor difference (like the presence of absence of a country code) could be enough for the phone not to recognize the contact.
