Alright i have been looking for days on how to fix this issue. I have an Htc One from Sprint that was recently working. My Htc One Phone is Currently stuck on the Bootloader screen. I'm able to get into Recovery Mode, other than that i can't do much. Apparently i have no OS running on my phone. I've have tried everything that i could think of, to my best ability. On Bootloader Mode my Phone shows

Try side loading a rom through twrp.

How? like this? C:\Users\HtPc\Desktop\DV_Sprint-HTC-One>adb push Stock_Odex_2.24.709.1_Final.zip
C:\Users\HtPc\Desktop\DV_Sprint-HTC-One\Stock_Odex_2.24.709.1_Final.zip under the command prompt

You can do something like that or go to the XDA forums and search your device . There is a roll up thread there with the RUU's listed for different carriers. Download and run a RUU to get back to factory. Or on the XDA forums look for the All in One toolkit for the HTC , it has the commands built into it to sideload , install recoveries all of the stuff . Or if you have ADB installed run the adb commands for sideload. since your in the bootloader now, run fastboot sideload (rom name).zip fastboot should put the rom on the bottom of your recovery TWRP list. just flash it then to install.

Had to do it myself! It's rather easy to do if you follow the directions.

I was in the same situation. I mistakenly flashed Revolution ROM. Nothing i did after that worked. Tried flashing correct sprint roms too, phone kept rebooting. Tried flashing the sprint RUU . Thaat didn't take also. Nothing worked until i was able to get S-OFF,([S-OFF] revone - DEVELOPER EARLY ACCESS PREVIEW EDITION - xda-developers) then flashed the Sprint_HTC_One_m7wls_1.29.651.10_RUU.zip. Then I did the upgrade to 1.31... Was very worried for a few days, but now back to normal

i managed to install CleanRom but for some reason i have no data on my phone (Under Mobile data it says disconnected) and it keeps rebooting itself. What can i do? i finally have a os running but not a functional one.

Try reflashing the kernel but some roms dont have a radio so you mite have to flash one

No Rom has the radio already installed. If rooted you have to flash the radio separately.
