No Sound on Repeat Notifications

No they did not say other people had this issue, however they gave me a list of things to try that was presumably not generated just for me. A standard set of fixes for software issues.
I have not loaded the software on to any other device so no there should not be anything else intercepting the notifications.

I got the latest android security update yesterday. Since then the notifications are working properly on both security apps. Dont know if this was a bug fix that was included in the update or whether it reset something. Either way everything is now working. Thanks for your help
