My wife's Samsung J3 phone is experiencing problems with some video thumbnails. They are shown in the gallery with a blank grey background and an exclamation mark in a circle.
This occurs on videos sent via What's App. They also show a blurred image on the What's App message, but do play both from the app and from the gallery.
I have tried the usual fix, clearing storage space and clearing data in the media app but still not working.
Any thoughts please?
