B&N. I've tried emailing 1Saleaday, no response from them.
If the level 2 support rep at B&N is true to his word, and I did believe him, he needed to get 1Saleaday registered in their system as a reseller who they would support. He promised to call me on Wednesday.
You might want to call B&N to see if they've cleared this up already and let everyone know.
