Not Receiving calls often

I just switched mine and my wife's phones from Verizon and we carried our phone numbers over. I've had much better data connectivity and signal strength, making calls is always successful as well. We're having a problem though whenever other people call us, about 15% of the time when people call our lines it hangs for about 10 seconds without ringing and then goes to our voicemail. I've already called T-Mobile, replaced the SIM cards, and issue is still there. Has anyone else had this issue?

Check your battery usage and look for time with out signal. Is that high?

I can't find this stat under batter or mobile networks

Do you use WiFi calling? I don't but I was having the same issue when I had the WiFi calling set to Preferred. Since switching it to cellular network preferred I'm getting all my calls now. It's worth a shot.
