I've had my Note 10+ 5G 512GB (Verizon) for just over 24 hours now. I don't have any gripes. Here is my two cents though.
Battery Life and Charging: I haven't had it long enough to truly test it. To be honest, I am never more than 15-20 feet away from a charger either at work, in my car, or at home. I have the 2017 folding wireless charger and it charges OK, but not as fast as the included wall charger. It charges pretty quickly on my iOttie wireless charger in my car. It charged significantly slower when I plugged it in to my Dell desktop at home (my Dell has USB 2 though; I have a USB 3.1/C PCIe card on the way).
FPS: The FPS works great. It is accurate and fast. It was a good call putting it back on the front. I will have to retrain myself; I had a Note 8 (which my daughter now has).
Storage: It was really funny when I put my Samsung 256GB card in it. I have about 440GB of free space of internal storage, and about 80GB of free space on the SD Card. I never came close to filling up my Note 8's 64GB of internal memory; I had about 25GB of free space left on it. I normally downloaded things to my SD card and that is where I same my pictures and videos. I went from a butt ton of storage to a crap ton of storage. I contemplated getting the Evo Select 512GB from Amazon (about $90), but decided to save the money. I don't foresee using that much space anytime soon.
Button Placement: I've already gotten use the new button placement, that happened within a couple hours of use. In fact, when I was transferring everything from my daughter's S7 to my old Note 8, I kept pressing the Bixby button on the Note 8 and swearing because it wouldn't turn on. I had completely forgotten that the power button was on the right side. Relearning button placement was easy.
Headphone Jack (or lack thereof): I would have preferred that Samsung keep it. However, I don't use headphones all that often, and when I do, it is either my Bose Wireless BT or JBL BT headphones. I'm not an audiophile and I don't really hear the difference between BT and wired headphones. The downside is that if my BT headphones' batteries die, then I'm having to use my USB-C headphones, which means I can't charge my phone and listen to music or movies at the same time. Again, not a HUGE problem for me.
Connect to Windows PC (aka Your Phone): It's working great. I had already used it on my Note 8, however, I couldn't screen mirror with my Note 8. I really don't use that function a lot. I DO use the text function though. It is nice sending and receiving texts on my Surface Pro (2017). I've gotten it to sync with both my Surface Pro and my Dell desktop with no worries. I know people had a problem a few days ago, but that was due to the Your Phone service being down and not with the phone itself.
S-Pen: I like the new S-Pen. It is slightly thicker than the Note 8's which makes it a bit more comfortable to hold. I've always found Samsung's S-Pens to be a bit small for my fat hands, so making the Note 10/10+ S-Pen a little thicker was a welcome improvement for me. I also like the remote controls incorporated. There have been several times where I wish I had a way to put the phone on a tripod and use a remote.
Which segues into the camera. I haven't had a chance to test it yet. When I do, I'll post my results in the Note 10/10+ photos thread.
Over all: Because I came from a Note 8, there are some significant upgrades for me. I skipped the Note 9 because there wasn't any improvements compelling enough for me to upgrade. I have a feeling I will be keeping this for at least a couple of years. I don't really have any gripes...yet. The only thing that would pull me away from Samsung would be if Microsoft decided to get back into the mobile phone business again. I loved my Lumia 928 then Lumia Icon.
