Note 10+ screen flickers

[Android Central Question]

Steps to recreate the issue:
1. Call Note phone using another phone.
2. Answer the call and return to Home screen.
3. Notification bar should turn green to indicate call in progress. Tap, double-tap or pull down the notification bar. The screen turns off momentarily. Sometimes it works but most of the time the screen flickers.
Rebooting and/of resetting the phone does fix the issue. Occurs in Safe Mode as well.
Any help would be appreciated.
