Unfortunately their support sucks and no one has a clue about the product. I hate to return and wait for replacement. Grr !!!Thanks for the heads up!
Let's see if I can find something on my own since support is clueless. Worst case I would need to return and reorder but since it's a pre order gift I'm pretty sure that process will go smooth
