Unfortunately their support sucks and no one has a clue about the product. I hate to return and wait for replacement. Grr !!!

Let's see if I can find something on my own since support is clueless. Worst case I would need to return and reorder but since it's a pre order gift I'm pretty sure that process will go smooth

If you see firmware update for buds live don't update.. My left buds now doesn't connect at all, reset doesn't work as well. Saw couple of people on reddit with the same issue. So just FYI.

So it was fine prior to the update? Maybe this should be a separate thread. I wonder if its happening to all who update.

If it's just a firmware hopefully Samsung realizes and rolls a new one soon. I'm not aware how to roll back on the buds, at least I haven't seen.

Well pretty much every case I got other than the ringke is going back. Most so far the camera is flush and doesn't off much protection IMO. Well here's back to the search lol

Clear cover and Rugged Protective Cover, Black

Instead of White Stone Dome, which is stupid expensive,I got the similar EGV for $30. It has since went up to $39. https://www.amazon.com/EGV-Samsung-...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6840340 I liked the install better than the WSD and I have to say it came out perfect. It uses liquid glue (smells the same as WSD) and UV light. I just did the fingerprint setup- perfect.

I got the UAG Pylo case and I really like it. Looks good, has reinforced corners, shows off the color and protects the camera bump.

Just received the phone and tampered glass (link below) from Amazon. The fingerprint part doesn't work. And what's worse, is that it leaves that ugly circle on the screen.

I saw those EGV on Amazon UK for only 19.95 GBP so I put one in my shopping basket even though I plan to use the phone bare/naked, it might be a good idea for when going on holidays.

No shade! They're like Jack's (and the Beanstalk) magic beans for me. I never opened my buds from last year cuz I still was/am using the ones that lay on your neck. I've had em so long I don't even remember when I got em. The beans said lemme upgrade you.

When your buds+ are done for, I'm sure Samsung will have another toy for sale. They only release about 10 items every 6 months. No need to FOMO!

ESR Tough Case is a fingerprint magnet. So gross and not very tough feeling. So it will be going back and I'll be in the hunt for another case.
