I just read the specs on the Note 2 and it included a FM tuner.
None of the phones with lte have had a fm radio .... the international had one but it doesn't have the lte chip ... the lte chip on note 2 had fm but the carriers disabled it ... and it will be the same thing again

Are you saying that none of the Samsung phones with LTE have had an FM radio? The HTC One is an LTE phone and it has an FM radio.
Analog Radio: FM radio (87.5-108MHz) with RDS radio reciever
Proprietary headset as antenna
That's HTC not Samsung,, he said "none of the Samsung phones"
IT'S TRUE,, SIZE IS EVERYTHING!
Where did he mention Samsung in the post that I quoted?
Note 3 has a fm app. I uninstalled it. I would never use it. But it's there for those who do.
THE BEAST,,NOTE 3. SIZE IS EVERYTHING!!!
The app on sprint for fm radio is NextRadioI forgot the name,, I will try to find it. EDIT : I can't find the name. All I know is I am on sprint and when I seen the app I read the description and it was to listen to all the local fm stations and you needed to have headphones plugged in to use it. I immediately uninstalled it.. Now I don't know where I would find it. There must be another sprint note 3 out there who can help.

From my understanding, the FM Radio capability was left out on the Note 3 to be replaced by the IR Blaster.
