Note 3 plus a Samsung tablet. What Pros's?

I briefly had the note 10,1 back in 2012... but it was too buggy, the S-Pen left a lot to be desired and I did have some battery life issues so I returned it and went back to Apple. For a while I was happy with Apple but man... IOS7 and Mavericks sure turned that around, lol. Add to that the continuously degenerating customer service I was getting from Apple and that's why eventually, enough was enough and I turned my back for good on Apple.
I do have an Itouch 5th generation, though. I'm keeping it for music, especially when I teach yoga, because most studios in my areas have sound systems that are outfitted for Apple products, but otherwise I am completely done with Apple.
And I must say, once I decided to dig my heels in and figure out Android, I was like a kid in a candy store, lol.
I can't imagine going back, now.

I like the customer service from Apple compared to others (never had to call for support from Samsung so can't comment) I had the iPad air which came with the ios 7 and it lasts 11-12 hours (till I put it on a charge around 30%) while mixing videos, Web browsing mostly and maybe 15 minutes total of games. My note 10.1 2014 experience so far is terrible..... 4 hours of screen time till 20%, light bleeding issues and few others might go back to Apple again when I want a new tablet

Really? When I took my iPhone and iPad to the genius bar after both got crippled by IOS7, I was told to do a full factory reset. Well, I had already done that but I decided to indulge the guy and do another one right in front of him. When that didn't help, and I still couldn't send or receive emails, my class notes were still missing, and I still couldn't cut and paste anything.
The guy told me "It's not the devices, it's you: you're using them wrong".
At that point I realized my relationship with Apple had come to an end and when I said I was going straight to Samsung, he had the nerve to try to sell me a 5S and an iPad Air.
... For what? The same fubar issues that will show up with the next updates? So I can buy the latest and newest every time?
I don't think so.
So if Apple works for you, YAY.
But for me, never again.
I'm self employed and I can't afford to be jerked around while hemorrhaging money every year.

Never had issues with Apple products other then the walled garden and small screens. I like apple products in general but dislike the 4:3 aspect ratio on the iPad which makes movie watching weird to me. Every time I had an issue with Android it's a nightmare (hardware wise). On my Samsung galaxy s2 skyrocket the micro USB port was defective after a while and had to get a warranty exchange and mind you I had insurance on it. They gave me a new phone and then went to charge me for an insurance claim and the phone was sent to somebody in Queens with the same name ( I live in Brooklyn) and was probably a scam in the center I went to for AT&T

Wow. I got my Note 3 at Best Buy and Note Pro at Verizon, but when I had any issues/problems with setting them up, I went to the Samsung Support page on Facebook and they were great: stayed with me every step of the way until my problems were fixed.
Then I managed to lock myself out of my SIM card (don't ask... lol: I was trying to set up my PIN number) and they said to go to Verizon, which I did, and there they replaced my SIM card for free.
So I really have no serious issues with either my phone or my tablet anymore. I find Android to be quite a learning curve, especially with the Note Pro, and still sometimes when I play around with it I have a few "OMG WHAT HAVE I DONE???" panic moments but every time Samsung CS helps me out of a bind, so it's all very educational, lol.
