I have a Samsung Note 3 the screen is black with apps telling me they stop working and i can press ok or send a report but it just goes on and on.Also i should mention that my down volume button is not working so i can't go into factory reset from the recovery boot.Some help please?

Hi, this might be too simple, but it's worth a try. Go into Settings, Apps, All and tap the 3 dot menu button. Tap "reset app preferences". See if this helps at all and let us know.
