Firmware is correct sm-910A for ATT
I followed all the steps to the point as noted in the following website: Galaxy Note 4: How to Downgrade to Android 4.4.4 KitKat

Why does my odin keep failing? If i let my device boot up it will go into lollipop again...

For Verizon, once the "official" LP firmware (OF1) is installed via OTA or Kies, the phone is stuck on LP and cannot be downgraded to KitKat. It's due to an incremented bootloader that VZW sent out in one of their LP updates. I imagine this may be true for ATT also, but I don't know for sure. You may also want to visit XDA ATT forum and perhaps post your question there too.
