Note 4 not showing up in windows 10?

When I connect my note 4 to my windows 10 computer, it isn't showing up. It is recharging, but not popping up as a connection or showing up in file explorer.

Any suggestions?

you have to enable usb debugging on the device. Open Settings> About phone> Software Information> More. Then tap “Build number” seven times to enable Developer options. Then go to "developer options" which will be above "about phone". Then toggle it on and turn on usb debugging and press ok. then try plugging it into your computer. If it still doesnt show up download the note 4 usb driver.

My Note 4 connects fine, but to view it like a flash drive I had to unlock the phone first with my passcode. Without that, it wasn't available.
