Yeah that kind of shocked me too. My previous phone had a bad battery so having a phone that doesn't need to be charged every five seconds is really nice.

I'm just wondering what the battery life could be like with just a 1080p screen. We wouldn't be able to tell the difference and I would never have to worry about the battery dying. if the phone is dead the screen looks like crap no matter what the resolution.

I can easily tell the difference between the note 3 1080p/note 4 1440p screen everything looks sharper/crisp.

Trying to kill the battery for a full cycle. Used it outside for about 2 hrs with the screen at full "normal" brightness (not the ultra bright 700). Some new device setup/downloading apps. Lots of web browsing and tapatalk. WiFi, BlueTooth on. NFC off. Battery went down about 5% while I slept for 8 hrs. It died and is already at 75% while charging with the screen off after 45 minutes.

I can't tell what any of this means but I have a spare battery so as long as the battery is decent I'm good. Plus I have hardly put it down lol

This is Day 1, first charge. From a full charge after I picked up the phone then over night until the morning. Tell me this isn't beautiful?!!! This is without our firmware update as well.

Heavy texting, re-downloading apps. With Wifi and GPS on, and email client running an IMAP and Gmail account on push. Along with Facebook notifications on, messenger on, and Tapatalk notifications on for multiple subscribed threads.

My phone battery must hate me because even after the update from T-Mobile my battery only lasts about 7.5 hours. That was my experience yesterday and today. This really sucks.

My is AT&T version, I noticed my battery drained a little quick for my normal usage. I am hoping some kind of update is coming from AT&T soon. IPhone 6 plus is really good on battery.

I notice you have download booster and NFC enabled. Are you using those? They could be causing some extra drain.

that was a hour ago, as of now I still have 26 percent left... I painted my living room today and streamed music ALL DAY. VERY GOOD battery life.

I am using download booster although it keeps disabling itself to avoid overheating the phone. I use NFC for Google Wallet.

But,can you remove the eyephone 6 battery?

7.5 hours with 4.5 hours screen time with download booster running and you mention its disabling itself to avoid overheating. The question I would have what is your use during that time? The charts don't show anything really abnormal other than heavy battery drain during your usage time. High system demand, CPU intensive use combined with long screen on time will use a lot of power. I'm not saying that's the case here but just asking.

For the most part, Facebook, streaming video on YouTube and Crunchyroll, some Clash of Clans, listening to podcasts using Pocket Casts, email using the default email client, listening to music using with Play Music, reading news with Play Newsstand and the New York Times app.
