Note 4 Pre-ordered from BB, but Sprint One Up Program caused problem.

Went to pick up my Note 4 Friday. My Best Buy only got 6 phones. They held one for me. The system would not let them go through with it. Said no upgrade available until 10-1-2015. He called Sprint and I guess or someone and they told him I actually have to go to a Sprint corporate store to upgrade. So no phone yet. Was leaving town for the weekend. Anyone else have same issue.
