This is when I decided to do something about it. If it hadn't started draining battery, then I wouldn't have worried about it.

Exactly, mine never show up. It caused me to go from charging every 24 to 36 hours to two and three times a day. It just got worse by the day.

I upgraded at home and I have been having issues with my WiFi going down for a few seconds at a time. It is possible that happened and my download was corrupted and made my update corrupted. If that happens, no amount of reseting or reflashing will help. You have to remove the entire OS and put it back on and only the Samsung service center can do that.

So having Android system and Android OS at the top of the list is considered bad? This is what I have on mine. I would like to note that I was at the State Fair of Texas but I left my phone charged the whole time using GPS going to the fair and leaving the fair.

FYI, using the screen write feature with the SPen allows you to capture that list in one screen shot; use the scroll capture button on the left, then capture more

I only use Facebook checking it occasionally during the day but notice a high amount of battery usage. Until that is I clicked on Data Usage and realized you can restrict apps listed there for Background Data Usage. They are listed in order of the data they use.

Wow what a difference. Facebook runs constantly in the background but I don't need it to.

When I restricted data in background it went from 9-11% battery usage to 1-2% in one day.

I did the same thing on others as well and what a HUGE difference.

Yours is only using 5% of your battery. If mine is idling a very long time, mine could be at the top. That is why I said, if it was at the top and not eating battery, I wouldn't worry.
