As soon as I upgrade my Note 5 to Android 6.0.1 I could no longer sync my Exchange account contacts with my BMW. Only the contacts (very few) that are in the SIM are synchronized. So this is not a problem of Bluetooth Sync but it seems a problem of the Android decided not to use the Exchange contacts to sync with the car system.
Before the upgrade everything worked just find.
I tried to configure the contacts shown but no change after that.
I already tried to make a restore factory defaults with the same result and a lot of time lost.

This is very important for me because I drive a lot and the safety issue of not using the car system to make the calls is serious.
Model SM-N920I
Android 6.0.1
Baseband Version N920IDVU2BPE2
Kernel Version 3.10.61-7417499
dpi@SWDD6506#1
Build number MMB29K.N920IDVU2BPE3

I hope somebody can help me.

Have you tried to see if there's an update for your car audio system? Most of the time that fixes issues after upgrading.

Thank you for your reply but I don't think the problem is in the car. As I have said, the contacts in the SIM are well synchronized but not the Exchange contacts. The problem must be in the Android not on the destination.

It's a little bit of both. Trust me, users with 'weird' issues that arose after an update were alleviated with a car system update. Of course, like you said, it might not be the case and even if an update is available for the sound system it might not help, but can't hurt to try! Plus, you keep your system up to date :)

As for the system, you might want to check if, with the update, any Exchange permissions might have changed or if you need to provide access to the car in Device Administrators? It could also help to just unlink/re-link your Exchange account and see if that forces a re-sync.
