Bought a refurbished Note 5 but would not switch on or charge. Ebay seller suggested hard reset. I've tried this but it's not progressing - Galaxy start up screen appears followed by screen saying 'installimg system update' which in a flash changes to a warning screen - yellow triangle, white Android leaning over & msg saying 'no command'. It is cycling through these three screens without end. Any help would be appreciated, to save me the trouble of packing it back to the seller! Thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! If you can get into Odin Mode, you could try flashing the most current firmware for that exact variant: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html. But with this significant problem right out of the box, I wouldn't spend too much energy on it. If you somehow got it working, I'd be concerned that there would be a high chance of something else failing soon as well. Go for the refund.
