Note 7 preorder from samsung.com

Has anybody else preordered the Note 7 from samsung.com and not received it? I placed my preorder on 8/3 and last week was told that they all would ship by Friday. This morning I called and was told that they were informed that they should tell customers that it may be another 7-10 business days and if I don't get a tracking number by 9/10 I should call back.
I am extremely frustrated, I could have walked into AT&T and purchased it they day of launch!

I would totally call your local stores and see if they have them in stock and cancel your Samsung order.....They definitely dropped the ball...I ordered the 17th and got my phone the 24th

I received the Gear Fit 2 the week I ordered and I would have to return it. I have an original Gear Fit and sold the 2 on Ebay.

There is another thread here re Samsung.com orders. It looks like the early pre-orders are really starting to ship today (8/29). I got my shipping notice today, ordered a black AT&T on 8/5.

Yeah that does give us hope.. I'm just so disappointed.. dissatisfied and disgusted with samsung . No way it should take this long shows me how unorganized as a company they are ..
