Note 8 offline music app

No you don't, you only have to pay for music you suscribe too.

Are you taking about Apple music? I had to subscribe to get anything, wouldn't even let me see my playlist. Master me subscribe to listen to any music or audiobooks I purchased.

Just tried to log in to see if it changed, fu Apple, die a show painful death. Forgot my password and it wouldn't let me type in my dob for password recovery, instead it tried to make me scroll month by month to properly get to my birthdate. 37 years, nope, screw you. I hate Apple so much. So, so much. Tried to log in, just to look at my music will cost a minimum of $9.99 a month.

you can use another app to play your music. I don't own my music so a subscription works for me. I also used my .edu email and only pay $5 per month.

I have owned music from iTunes since I got my first iPod, the U2 special edition. 13 years ago. I have thousands of dollars invested in iTunes music so the ideas that I have to pay to listen to music I already paid for is, aggravating.

I have been a Rocke tPlayer user when I was last on Android.

Is there another player that may be better than that? I will be back on Android as early as this weekend and may be looking for something new. Really liked Rocket Player with all of it's customization.

I don't usually pay for music. I just download what I like and keep it on my SD card.

Play Music comes bundled with YouTube Red which permits you to download videos. I find it quite excellent.

Yeah I use Google music also. Can't beat YouTube red and Google music mixed together.

I own all my own music and don't care for google, youtube, amazon, or apple. I use power amp pro. no subscription, no fees, and no device hogs.
