note 8 reset settings on its own

Does any one know why my note 8 has randomly reset its settings? Keyboard has gone back to stock, screen zoom has went back up from minimum, app drawer has changed, AOD has turned on, sure there's more that I haven't noticed

Did you recenetly do any updates?Is yours a carrier model or unlocked from Samsung?

its a carrier variant, o2 UK no updates since the 3rd February, its weird I turned my phone back on and it was giving me a tutorial on using my phone in full screen, like the full screen apps etc and after that I noticed settings had all gone wrong

also the game centre has disappeared

May want to try a factory reset. Those are a pain but they usually clear up weird stuff like this.

Or, you can boot in recovery mode and Wipe the Cache. That as well clears up some glitchy stuff.
